For investors

Live infrastructure. Real receipts.
An autonomous AI company you can read.

VoidLens is not a deck. It is 35 audited agents across 11 divisions, 2,300,000+ logged actions, a forty-eight-hour shadow-promotion ladder, four filed provisional patent applications, and an Adaptive Second Brain (one local standby model today, designed to scale to a standalone local brain per division on enterprise hardware, a planned enterprise configuration) that keeps the work moving when frontier APIs go dark. The category is forming in real time: mainstream platforms are now racing to bolt on the agent audit, approval gates, and capability allowlists VoidLens was built around from message one. It is also, honestly, pre-revenue — no customers yet, no round raised, no outside commitments. What's real is the running system, the architecture and the filed IP, and we're looking for our first pilot operators.

The numbers

Where VoidLens is, right now.

Audit rows lifetime
2,300,000+
Cumulative actions logged across all agents since 2026-04. Structured JSONL rows with cost, latency, outcome, run-id.
Agents shipping
35
Each with a capability allowlist, daily budget cap and autonomy tier; 34 of the 35 also carry a worker.md; the one gap is registered, filed and open. Across eleven divisions.
Red lines registered
33
Guardian-forbidden actions (payments, hard-deletes, unapproved publishes) are deny-by-policy at the capability gate on the instrumented paths; every attempt refused and logged (the enforced policy plane is Phase 1 on the roadmap). 33 is the registered count, host-counted 2026-08-07. The 2026-08-04 registry repair regenerated the index and restored six ratified rules that had been invisible to index consumers for 34 days, including the four this page previously carried as authored-but-unregistered. The file and the index now agree, and the gap that was published here is closed.
Autonomy census
2 · 6 · 27
Agents at L2 · L1 · L0 on 2026-07-31. None at L3 . No agent has been promoted past L2, and L2→L3 would require its own clean forty-eight-hour shadow window and a six-gate pass. The first promotions through the full gate were minted 2026-07-23.
Patent candidates
15
Across 5 architecture layers. Four provisional patent applications filed (three 2026-06-03 + the crown jewel 2026-07-03; filing dates established); VoidLens™ trademark filed 2026-06-04.
The capital office

An investment division that reads like the rest of the company.

D11 Investment & Capital — the company's eleventh division, stood up 2026-07-17 under a named director lens (Dr. Ingrid Halvorsen: institutional capital allocation, treasury, and underwriting discipline) — owns treasury posture, capital allocation across ventures and streams, portfolio & runway analysis, investment underwriting, and investor-relations support. It runs under the same governance as every other division: it analyzes, models, and recommends on the audit log, and it holds no execution power. Capital moves only by the founder's hand, behind an immutable red line that forbids agent-executed payments, trades, and transfers. It manages analysis of VoidLens's own capital posture only, never customer funds, and offers no investment advice.

Revenue lanes & the review gate

Four lanes on one kernel. Two adversaries on every load-bearing claim.

The four lanes

VoidLens runs its own revenue lanes on the same governed kernel it licenses, which is why the receipts on this page exist at all. Three are standing streams: an Etsy print-on-demand lane, the Sticks & Stones lodging lane (held by Stones Throw Holdings LLC, with a co-founder outside the company), and Avera Logistics (held by Avera Logistics, LLC, with an outside principal). Neither of those two entities is VoidLens, Inc. None of the three is counted as VoidLens, Inc. revenue.

The adversary gate

Load-bearing claims do not ship on our own say-so. A different-model outside adversary (currently gpt-5.6-sol) is the binding terminal gate: it is instructed to falsify the work, an independent rejection blocks the ship, and the founder is the only override. On 2026-07-24 a second juror (Gemini) came online in non-binding shadow, so a claim now meets two independent readers before anyone here calls it proven. A live terminal adversary pass costs about $0.0354 . Governance at that price is a line item, not a program. Honest bound: the gate rests on key custody and operator integrity, not on cryptographic proof of which model answered.

The master console · representative mockup The operator’s master seat: every agent, every division, every gate decision in one pane. Open the master console demo → · Open the customer hub demo → . Both are representative mockups driven by demonstration data, not a live customer tenant.
Status — honest

Pre-revenue. Seeking first pilots.

Where we actually are

No customers yet. No round raised. No outside LOIs, intros, or commitments. VoidLens is a working system built and operated by one founder. The stage we're at is finding the first operators willing to run a paid pilot, not closing a financing.

The pilot offer: $1K–3K/mo · 90-day money-back · one-page scope agreement. Bring your own model key; the cockpit runs on your machine. Calibrated to break the procurement barrier for a first cohort, not to anchor long-run pricing.

An investment at this stage backs operator-tested infrastructure and a defensible IP position before revenue — with the risk and the entry point that implies. We won't dress that up.

Technical / IP · real today

  • VoidLens™ trademark filed 2026-06-04 at USPTO (Serial 99864200) · Intent-to-Use · Classes 9 + 42.
  • Chain of title, stated plainly . The four provisionals and the trademark were filed in the founder's own name. On 2026-07-09 he assigned them to VoidLens, Inc. as the consideration for his 9,000,000 founder shares, under an executed assignment that expressly covers patents, patent applications and rights of priority, together with a separately executed invention-assignment agreement declaring no prior inventions withheld. The company owns the technology. Two things remain open and we state them rather than bury them: the patent assignment has not yet been recorded at the USPTO, so the register still shows the founder as owner of record; and whether that assignment validly carries the pending intent-to-use trademark application before use is alleged is a question under 15 U.S.C. § 1060(a)(1) that sits with trademark counsel. Verify title against the executed closing documents and the USPTO assignment records rather than this summary.
  • Four provisional patent applications — three filed 2026-06-03 (Application Nos. 64/082,031, 64/082,038, 64/082,043) plus the execution-locus provenance application filed 2026-07-03 (No. 64/104,441): an audit & integrity substrate, a verified-write & cache-coherency layer, and a governance-gate + bounded-autonomy recovery system.
  • 15 patent candidates catalogued across 5 architecture layers; our own 2026-06-03 patentability pass rated six or seven of them strong enough to carry independent claims and sent two to defensive publication instead of filing. The four filed provisionals anchor the cluster; nothing further has been filed since 2026-07-03.
  • Disclosure-timing gate — V1/spark/V2/V3 repos strictly local; every investor conversation NDA-gated. We don't seed our own prior-art surface.
  • 5 immutable safety rails + Guardian capability-gate + audit-every-gated-action — the compliance team's first ten questions are pre-answered by architecture.
Why now

The frontier moved to action. Safety is the wedge.

The 2026 frontier shift

ChatGPT-as-product was the 2023 wave. The 2026 frontier is AI that senses, decides, and securely acts — in your stack, on your data, against your customers, with money behind it. Every shipping AI agent is a liability surface someone's compliance team is going to ask about. The companies who win that conversation are the ones who already have the audit log, the capability gate, the shadow window, and the immutable red-line list.

VoidLens is the kernel for building those. Eleven divisions. Forty-eight-hour ladder. Audit-before-effect, by design. Five rails. Operator-built. Running today.

What competitors don't have

  • Operator-built, not consultant-built. Nine years Army logistics + a decade civilian. The five rails are how my own company runs, not marketing copy.
  • Unified governance gate (filed composite C). Most multi-model orchestrators unify the dispatcher; we unify the GATE. Swapping models doesn't require re-implementing safety.
  • Forty-eight-hour shadow promotion — refused at the capability gate on the instrumented paths and logged on every attempt, not asserted in a prompt. Most "AI safety" platforms ship guardrails, not gates; the fully enforced policy plane is Phase 1 on our roadmap, and we say so.
  • Audit-every-action as the substrate, not a feature: on the instrumented paths, every cost, every latency, every outcome, every red-line check lands in one append-only audit chain, and the CFO and the auditor read that same chain.
  • Spec-before-code. 310 specs in catalog. Every change has an acceptance-criteria spec before any code lands. That's the contract.

Logistics operator first. Nine years US Army across two combat tours, running convoy operations and logistics management at scale. A decade civilian-side logistics: dispatch, fleet, freight, the daily mechanics of moving real things through real systems on real deadlines. I built VoidLens because I needed the AI workforce I'd actually trust to run my own ops without sitting on top of it. Every architectural decision is downstream of operator pain. The safety story isn't compliance theater. It's how the company runs.

VoidLens is a one-person company today. The first hire, a co-founder and first engineer, comes after first revenue, not before. No hires, advisors, or signatories are committed yet; anyone named here in future will be real and disclosed.

IP & patents · what's protected, what's coming

Filing before disclosure. 15+ candidates, 4 filed.

Strategy v0.2 catalogs everything in The Void's architecture that's patentable, trademark-able, copyrightable, or best-kept-as-trade-secret. The three composite provisionals filed 2026-06-03 (Nos. 64/082,031 / 038 / 043), plus the 2026-07-03 provenance application (No. 64/104,441) form the defensible cluster around safe autonomous AI-agent operation in a multi-tenant + multi-model context; filing dates established, with conversion windows to 2027-06-03 / 2027-07-03 (later claims draw on those dates where the provisionals adequately support them).

Disclosure-timing gate Any public demo, GitHub push, blog, or non-NDA investor pitch starts the US 1-year grace clock, and destroys patent rights outside the US instantly. V1, spark, V2 and V3 repos stay strictly local. Every investor conversation is NDA-gated. The disclosure decision is reversible only inside the US, only within 12 months, never outside the US.
