They were filed in the founder’s name, and were assigned to VoidLens, Inc. on 2026-07-09 by an executed assignment given as the consideration for the founder’s shares. It covers patents, patent applications and rights of priority. The company owns them. What is still outstanding is the paperwork that puts that on the public record: the assignment has not yet been recorded at the USPTO, so the USPTO still shows the founder as owner of record.
