How is VoidLens different from ChatGPT for business?
ChatGPT is an advisor; you still do the work. VoidLens is a labor force. An agent reads its playbook, asks Guardian for permission, executes inside its capability envelope, and emits an audit row. Each agent specializes in a division, has a budget, and climbs an autonomy ladder. You supervise, you don't prompt.
Does it replace people?
It replaces toil, not judgment. The ladder is explicit: L2 agents propose, humans approve. L3 is reserved for low-risk classes with a 48h clean shadow and a 6-gate pass - no agent holds it today. Anything touching money, contracts, or your customers stays at L2 by default, and red lines are immutable. The people you have shift up the value chain.
How safe is it really?
Multiple immutable safety rails sit underneath every agent. Forbidden actions are deny-by-policy: refused at the capability gate on the instrumented paths, and logged on every attempt. The list itself moves for no prompt, no promotion and no convenience. The safety story IS the product.
Where does my data go?
Operator tier: your data stays in your connected systems. Inference goes to your chosen model provider (Anthropic or OpenAI by default; bring your own keys). For sensitive data, inference runs locally on your machine — data never leaves your box. Enterprise tier: VPC deploy, on-prem option, SOC 2 planned (Q4 2026 kickoff target).
What's the time-to-value?
Day 1: plug in two connectors, one division shadow-fires. Week 1: first L1 promotion. Week 2: first L2 proposal lands in your queue. Month 1: a division is reducing measurable toil on a metric you pick. The founder pilot opens at 60% to ready; the program opens at 80%.
What does it cost for what I'd actually use?
Vesyr is $9/mo. Bring your own model keys and run a governed AI company solo. Obscura at $699/mo covers organizations up to 50 people; Ignis at $2,995/mo (or $30,000/yr paid annually) covers 51–200 people running all eleven divisions. Organizations over 200 people, or regulated / on-prem / SSO deployments, move to Decus, our enterprise license from $96,000/yr (Decus Prime white-glove from $250,000/yr). Because you bring your own keys, the model spend is yours and stays in your control on every tier. The local Adaptive Second Brain runs at $0 marginal cost: one shared local model today, architected to scale toward a standalone local brain per division on enterprise hardware, which is a planned enterprise configuration.
How does licensing work, and is there a pilot?
Software is licensed, never sold. Your fee covers the license to run the governed instance: the deployed governance plane, its updates, and the governance canon. It is not a per-seat charge, and seats are bands inside the license. First-cohort pilots run $1–3k/mo with a 90-day money-back, and pilot fees credit toward your first year's license. Because you bring your own model keys, the model spend stays yours on every tier.
